    1. Pre-Registration: Picked by organizers randomly in advance.
    2. Facebook Check-In: "Like" PIDA's official Fan Club and Check-In , show the proof to get approval from SMO staff-Show Management Office - (located on 1F & 4F), then put effective business card into box.
    3. Questionnaire: Fill in the questionnaire and get approval from SMO staff-Show Management Office - (located on 1F & 4F), then put effective business card into box.
    4. Join N1305 activities on the spot: check table above and take part in.
    ※ Winners ( of point 1~3 ) will be notified by organizers by email, will also announced at booth N1305 and on the official website.

  • Notifications:

    1. Organizers have the rights to cancel winners' qualification and revoke the prize when one of followings happened:
      • To pre-register more than once online;
      • Not a valid ID or using an ID belong to some else;
      • Incorrect contact information;
      • Deliberately or maliciously attempting to influence the result with any kind of means or violating the law.
    2. According to Taiwan law, for prize value over NT 20,000, there will be a 10% income tax (20% for non-citizen of Taiwan in any prize value). The winner is responsible for declaring any prize won regardless of the prize value.
    3. The winner can claim his/her prize (round trip flight ticket and BlackDiamond Lamp prize) according to the notification sent by organizers within a granted period. The winner must come to the organizer's (PIDA)'s office to claim the prize. If the winner does not show up to claim the prize by 29, Jun., 2012 (working hours), he/she will be deemed as a waiver of his/her right.
    4. The winner can claim his/her prize (Coupons) according to the notification sent by organizers within a granted period. If the winner does not show up to claim the prize within exhibition days and times, he/she will be deemed as a waiver of his/her right.
      ※ Organizers are not responsible for incorrect contact provided by applicants.Winners list will ONLY be notified by email and listed on the official website. Winner list shown on the official website and booth on-site is subject to our final confirmation.
    5. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable. The organizer reserves the right for any final decision or change.
    6. Notification for Taipei-Tokyo round trip ticket:
      • Organizers reserve the right such as ticket, price, airline, itinerary, schedule and period…etc.
      • Winner will have notification details -including terms and conditions, rights and responsibilities- and agree to all rules when accepting the prize.
    7. The organizer are entitled to modify, stop, or terminate the lottery should there be any irresistible factors happened.
    8. Obligation told well and to the utmost by listing above points by organizers. Winner agrees to followings when accepting the prize.
      • Rights and responsibilities between organizers and winner are clear.
      • Extra expenses and risks generated from the prize should be covered by winner himself/ herself.
